These variations are part of the unique character of our products and are not considered defects.

4. Product availability

While we do our best to keep our website up to date, some products may occasionally become unavailable or sell out before your order is processed. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss an alternative or arrange a full refund.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

6. Errors & Omissions

While we make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, pricing and availability are accurate, occasional errors may occur.

GSpotted reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to cancel or amend orders where necessary. If this affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you promptly to discuss your options, including a full refund where applicable.

7.  Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated. GSpotted reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

8. Orders

Placing an order on our website does not automatically constitute acceptance of that order.

Your order will only be accepted once payment has been received and your order has been confirmed by GSpotted.

If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange either:

  • A refund, or
  • An alternative product (where appropriate).

Payments are processed securely through our approved payment service provider.

GSpotted does not store your credit or debit card information.

Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been successfully received.

10. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, GSpotted cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies or events outside our reasonable control.

Ownership and risk in the products pass to you upon delivery.
